Koehler replaced our windows 2 years ago.  A problem with one of the windows came up and I contacted Toby from Koehler Jacksonville.  He sent a technician out immediately and fixed the problem with no financial requirement.  Great service, standing by their product.

I called around to 15 different companies to get a sliding screen door installed. All of which were very unhelpful because I didn’t purchase the sliding glass door from them (I bought the property as a new build). The owner at Koehler called me back and took the time to explain to me what I needed to do in order to get a sliding screen door. Although he wasn’t a seller of the specific brand of glass doors I have installed, he took the time on the phone with me to explain what I needed to do in order to get the sliding screen door. He even went as far as recommending another local company who does work with my specific brand of glass doors. I would highly recommend Koehler on customer service alone. The entire personnel at Koehler Homes was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional from beginning to end.  The windows are beautiful and have helped the efficiency of the upstairs a/c greatly this summer.

This is 1 of the best things I have ever done to improve my current home and my way of life. I've given everything time to settle in and me get used to any changes in inside temps and the electric bill. Im happy with both.
The process was fairly easy, the timeline was reasonable, the estimator gave a fair price right away=he didnt start at an outrageous price only to go back and forth to get down to a lower price that was still high, and the installation was great.
The price was a bit more than I expected but much less than other companies I got estimates from. I suppose the other estimators saw an elderly frail Woman and thought hey-we can make a mint off this one. I am no pushover! My ex was a GC and I know about owning homes, the repairs needed and the costs. I have owned & repaired homes for almost 40 yrs. Cory did not treat me that way. He was quick and gave a fair price to start.
Overall I am very happy. The noise level has been drastically reduced. I live around some very LOUD people, and at all times of the day and night, so this advantage is Great! There's little shade on my house & the amount of heat from the Florida sun has also been Greatly reduced inside. What a blessing.
